1) Standard 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Any amount paid (partial or full) becomes non-refundable.
Date or time changes

Changes are free if requested more than 48 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.

Your request is considered valid from the moment we confirm receipt (automatic reply or agent message).
3) Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at booking.
Processing time depends on your bank and usually takes 3 to 14 working days after approval.
Refund conditions:
✔ Cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup:
Full refund of the amount paid, minus a small processing fee (usually around 5%).
✖ Cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup or no-show:
No refund — the full amount paid becomes non-refundable.
4) Missing Documents at Pickup
If the customer fails to present required documents at pickup, such as:

Valid driving licence

Passport or ID

Required payment method
The rental may be refused and treated as a late cancellation or no-show, with no refund.
5) Force Majeure & Safety Conditions
If the rental cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond control, such as:

Severe weather

Road closures

Natural disasters

Government or authority restrictions
The customer may choose:

A free reschedule, or
-
A full refund
Safety decisions are taken according to local regulations.
6) Peak Seasons & Special Offers
During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, some bookings may be marked as non-refundable or have stricter conditions.
If such terms are selected at booking, those conditions override the standard policy.
